Audit & Assurance

Challenges to entities today are more complex than ever before. Continuous change to government regulations, an unpredictable economy and evolving technology means you need informed, responsive professionals to turn to. We want to be your trusted advisor by providing a wide range of services to help you identify and respond to these challenges and opportunities. Our assurance professionals rely on a thorough understanding of each client’s business, industry and internal controls. This allows us to provide high quality, cost efficient assurance services with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.

Audit services are designed to provide stakeholders objective assurance concerning the accuracy and reliability of the information presented. At KerberRose, we understand the importance of each assurance service we provide to our clients. We bring knowledge, experience and insight to every project. That means our clients and their stakeholders can have confidence in the results of a KerberRose engagement, and trust the information they are relying on to make critical decisions.

While the primary purpose of an audit engagement is to provide an objective unbiased opinion on the fairness of presentation, we don’t stop there. Our industry expertise and business management experience allow us to identify potential problems and areas for improvement. As part of an audit, we also deliver management comments which discuss specific areas of business management, performance, reporting, or controls which can be improved. The knowledge we gain through the audit process helps us in all areas of advisory service and allows us to proactively deliver solutions, providing value to your organization.

In some cases you may not need a full audit when a review will be sufficient. When we conduct our review, we use analysis and inquiry, rather than the verification procedures of an audit, to give limited assurance on your financial statements. This well-defined service is often an acceptable and more efficient alternative to an audit.

An additional alternative for many clients is a compilation. Our compilation services include pulling together your information in the form of financial statements. While there is no expression of assurance in our report, we will thoroughly discuss the financial statements with you to help you understand your financial results so you can manage your business more effectively.
